Eric Schlosser was born August 17, 1959 in Manhattan, New York. he spent
most of his child hood in Seattle Washington . Along with being an
author he is an American journalist. Currently his most popular book is
"Fast Food Nation".
He studied American history and British imperial history. Soon after he began working on a journalism career with Atlantic monthly, in Boston Massachusetts. He is now living in California and is making a book about the prison system. Eric is married and has two kids. For many years Eric has been researching the fast food industry. He has received many awards, for his reporting on the fast food he has won the Sidney Hillman Foundation award. He also got the Loeb award for business journalism.
