This story is about a boy who was a wizard and went to a special school for wizards, called Hogwarts of witchcraft and wizardry.  The main characters were Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger. These main characters had dangerous, exciting and fun adventures together in the school.  One adventure was them sneaking out at night to the third floor in the castle.  It was a forbidden floor for any student to go to.  My favorite character was Hermione because she was the smart one and always got them out of trouble.  The author, J.K. Rowling's point in this book is introducing a new character named Sirius Black.    I don't want to tell you any more about Sirius Black because it would ruin the story.  

I could relate to the character Hermione because were both smart and love to be organized.  I felt the same way Harry did in the book.  He felt confused and sometimes lonely. At other times he felt sad or angry with someone. Sometimes I get upset with  my sister or my parents.  My sister  makes me feel sad and lonely, too. 

I really enjoy dreading  this book.  My favorite part was the entire story.  I couldn't just pick one pat that was my favorite.   If I could change something I wouldn't change anything.  The book was so good that you wouldn't want to stop reading. 

I would definitely  recommend this book to other readers.  If you like a funny, exciting, adventurous story line, with mythical creatures  then this would be the perfect book for you.
